To initiate the process, simply email us your pet images to info@sinisterstudiosaz.com upon placing your order and reference your order number in the email. Within 48 hours, we'll respond, guiding you through the selection of the best image and addressing any queries you may have. Please allow up to 2 weeks for the delivery of canvas, layered acrylic, or mug orders.

After the physical orders are dispatched, a free digital download will be sent out following delivery confirmation. 15oz coffee mugs are available individually at $65 or as a canvas add-on for $10.
